Official Giveaway Rules

This giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Wicked South Transport LLC, doing business as WST Rentals ("Sponsor"). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, payment processor, or third-party service. By entering, each participant fully releases any such third parties from any and all liability.

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the following states: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and New Mexico, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Wicked South Transport LLC, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Entries from ineligible participants will be disqualified.

The Promotion begins on the date of first public announcement and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on August 15, 2026 (the "End Date"). Entries received after the End Date will not be accepted. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

Free Entry Method: To enter without a purchase, visit the Giveaway page at wstrentals.com/giveaway and submit your full name, valid email address, and state of residence. One (1) free entry is permitted per person per email address. Duplicate free entries will be disqualified.

Bonus Entry Method (Optional — Purchase Required): Participants may earn additional entries by purchasing WST Rentals merchandise (shirts) at $30.00 USD plus applicable shipping. Each qualifying merchandise purchase earns bonus giveaway entries. The number of bonus entries per purchase will be communicated at the time of purchase. A purchase does not guarantee winning. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Promotion. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning beyond the additional entries earned.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The prize consists of one (1) refurbished 2015 utility trailer, approximately 6.5 feet wide by 8 feet long, including the following improvements made by the Sponsor: new tires, new deck boards, fresh exterior paint, new electrical wiring, and new LED lights. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is determined by the Sponsor and is subject to change. No cash alternative, prize substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

The winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and costs associated with accepting and using the prize, including but not limited to any applicable federal, state, or local income taxes. The Sponsor will not be responsible for any costs incurred in connection with accepting or using the prize.

One (1) winner will be selected on or around August 15, 2026, by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry within seven (7) days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, or if the potential winner fails to respond or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. The Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of this Promotion are final and binding.

The winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) days of receipt to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. The winner must provide proof of age (18+) and proof of residency in an eligible state prior to receiving the prize.

The prize trailer will be made available for pickup at a location designated by the Sponsor within the state of Texas. The winner is responsible for all transportation costs to retrieve the prize. The Sponsor does not provide delivery of the prize.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time for any reason, including if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.

By entering this Promotion, each participant releases and holds harmless Wicked South Transport LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner, or the distribution of the prize.

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and contacting the winner. The Sponsor will not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. By entering, participants consent to the Sponsor's use of their name and general location for promotional purposes, including announcement of the winner, without additional compensation.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
